Untick preloader i SP Flash Tool before you flash, I recommend not to flash the preloader.

Stop ASKING questions like, can I flash this on the old V3 or my OldPhoneFrom1999?
Of course NOT. ROMs are made for 1 specific phone, and can't just be flashed to a completely other hardware/phone – drivers and everything is different. This ROM is ONLY for the V3 PLUS.
